Everything starts with a specific, professional approach. Happy customers are earned, not given. Over the years, we have optimised our workflow to get things going fast and accurately. In our first get-together, we’ll explain how we work. We’ll show you live – working with real-time data – how we operate at AAC, and of course, you’re always welcome at our offices.

We show you our network, so you can view live how we work at AAC. Of course, you are always welcome at our office! One of our specialities is the “script”. This is your main workflow tool, and should therefore be given utmost attention. We make sure the process is smooth and we then actively follow up your account. Our quality controllers monitor and make adjustments when necessary. We would therefore love to hear your feedback.

step 2 Analysis

We analyse your request, and discuss internally how we can offer our best solution.

step 3 Tailored quote

The analysis results in a tailored quote. Our price quote is complete and correct. No hidden agenda!

step 4 Scripting

We write a script; this is an essential tool, and we invest quite some time on it. We want to be sure the procedure is set up to perfection, even before the project goes live.

step 5 Testing / fine-tuning

We test the script several times. If adjustments need to be made, we discuss them with you.We start by discussing the adjustments with you. We will keep you up-to-date each step of the way.

step 6 Pilot

Once we are live our quality controllers actively follow up your case. They make the necessary adjustments, and your feedback is also more than welcome.

step 7 Reporting

We can send you extensive reports, at regular intervals, on request. This will keep you up-to-date with all inbound and outbound actions.

step 8 Invoicing

We use an automated invoicing system which reduces the chance of mistakes, to almost zero. Each invoice contains the necessary details.
