The skill coach and his assistants guarantee a process of continuous learning. Our entire staff receives adequate and far-reaching training in Patient Support. Our customers are divided in work groups. Staff will be assigned to one of the work groups after intensive training. This is how they are prepared step-by-step, for the total customer group, and we always guarantee a professional follow-up.
